Time change, blog change

Amidst my stumbling around the house tired from losing an hour of sleep due to Daylight Savings Time, I decided we needed a new blog theme and I added a search widget on the side to help everyone find older posts. Andy and I wanted to look at our posts from our trip to Ireland in honor of St. Patrick’s Day this week and it took FOREVER to find them, so I hope the search bar helps.
I have scads of pictures to upload, dating back to Christmas, but they will have to wait until I have a spare moment to breathe, and Lord knows when that will be. Plus, it is nearly time to dig in to our annual St. Patty’s Day fare– Guinness Stew and soda bread! We are celebrating a wee bit early this year, as the beef and beer stew takes hours to prep and cook (like… 4 or 5 total) and neither of us feel like starting in on it on a Wednesday night and then eating at like, midnight. No amount of Guinness would make that a fun night! So far we have chowed down about half the loaf of soda bread, so I think I will be making another loaf for all the leftovers! I promise to upload those pictures as well, but they will in no way communicate how AMAZING the kitchen smells right now or how yummy it will all taste.
